Our rolling hills exclusive equestrian/tennis community is beautifully located off the wine trail in San Benito County. Just 8 minutes from downtown Hollister, affording one the illusion of being out in the middle of nowhere, yet close to everything one needs.
This community contains:

- Riding arena that is approximately 150’ x 300’ in size
- Horse playground with several obstacles to get your horses thinking
- 20 horse pens available for special events.
- 6 miles of equestrian trails surrounding the community

- 4 miles away from the State Vehicular Recreation Area, which provides miles of off road motorcycle riding trails, and horse riding trails.
- 1 mile away from newly opened Mudstone Ranch which has many trails for non-motorized activities such as horse riding, hiking and cycling. $5/day for day use or $50 for an annual pass which can used at any of the 9 OHV parks.
