Hidden Valley is a private equestrian and tennis community set among the rolling hills of San Benito County, just off the wine trail and eight minutes from downtown Hollister. The landscape defines the experience here—open space, quiet trails, and wide skies create a natural sense of calm and continuity with the land. The community is shaped by a shared respect for nature and a commitment to preserving its beauty. Life at Hidden Valley is unhurried and intentional, offering space for reflection, recreation, and connection to the outdoors.
Our Community amenities include:
- Multi-room clubhouse
- Two pickleball and one tennis court
- Riding arena approximately 150’ x 300’
- Horse playground with enrichment and training obstacles
- 20 horse pens available for special events
- 6 miles of equestrian trails woven throughout the community
- 200 acres of protected open space

The surrounding area offers additional opportunities to enjoy the natural environment:
- Mudstone Ranch, 1 mile away, featuring trails for non-motorized activities such as horseback riding, hiking, and cycling. $5/day use, $50 annual pass, valid at any of the nine California State Vehicular Recreation Areas (SVRAs) parks.
Hidden Valley HOA Board Meetings
The Hidden Valley HOA Board of Directors meets at 6:00 p.m. in the clubhouse, third Tursday of the month, every other month, beginning in January.
